Polymer Composite Water Scraper
Fitted on the entry and exit sides of the work rolls in every roughing and finishing stand (upper and lower plates), the scraper performs three functions: water deflection, temperature control and surface protection in finishing.
Advanced polymer composite materials give the scraper outstanding heat and wear resistance, Service life can be more than twice that of conventional products Heat-resistant, highly wear-resistant, non-absorbent, with an excellent balance of rigidity and toughness.
Rubber Rolls
These include EPDM rubber-covered rolls, PU squeeze rolls and specialty rubber rolls, widely used in pinching, conveying and guiding on rolling lines (such as descaling entry pinch rolls, conveyor roller tables and guide rolls).
Combining wear resistance, heat resistance and cushioning, Rubber hardness can be customised to the application they keep the line running continuously and reliably.
